Services that automate the work of an SMM manager allow you to take more projects to work or scale existing ones. That is, earn more in the same time. Either they free the window in order to spend an extra hour with the family or to take care of personal affairs – for whom what is relevant.
A recent study by SMMplanner found that one of the most indispensable SMM tools is delayed posting services. This was the answer of 49.5% of the respondents.

Required in vacancies
Employers – business owners, various companies and agencies – often indicate in the requirements for a candidate the mandatory ability to use SMMplanner.

Time is the most important resource that is always in short supply. Content creation requires focus and effort every day, not just for inspiration or at 11:00 pm when other worries are behind us.
A content plan will help you organize your work and avoid multitasking. It will give you the assurance that you don’t have to desperately scan through general inspirational quotes anytime soon in the hope of grabbing an idea for publication.
SMMplanner suggests using the “Post Idea Generator” – a tool that will help you come up with content topics a month in advance. The list of ideas is constantly updated by the SMMplanner team – now there are seven headings and about 80 cards with examples and instructions.
After the content plan is thought out, and the posts are written with a margin, it is easy to schedule publications in the SMMplanner service. The publication output can be configured in the service’s calendar by months, days of the week, and the posting time can be set up to a minute.

I connected two accounts via the SMMplanner API, personal and work, due to the fact that there are more opportunities than in the native Insta editor. I did not find any problems.
Projects creation… If you are working on several projects for different companies, it is better to combine accounts into groups. For each group, you can set your own settings:
- schedule of publications in the calendar;
- adjusting the aspect ratio for posts in the feed, Stories or IGTV;
- content protection watermarks that can be created without leaving the service;
- templates for publications – hashtags, comments, signatures;
- UTM tags, thanks to which you can understand which post provoked the most hits or transitions to the site;
- link shortener in two versions – Bitly service or SMMplanner link shortener.
Creation of teams with members… Any project can be transferred to the work of invited assistants by email, defining their roles in the team – Observer, Manager or Editor. An observer can be, for example, an employer, if you want to view scheduled posts for approval. The Editor can only work with posts, while the Manager has full access to project management.
In the “Projects” column, you need to select the command mode for the desired set of communities, then the team members will see it in their list.
Posting conditions depend on the tariff of the team owner. There is no need for invited participants to choose and pay for the tariff.
Printer… The built-in tool will automatically place the correct herringbone quotes, indicate errors and worry about the paragraphing, which is important. For example, if you insert a large formatted text on Instagram, the social network can act barbarously with it. As a result, the lines crawl, there are torn indents all around, in general – chaos. The typographer will not allow this, everything will be beautiful.
Plus will warn you about the allowed number of characters and hashtags for each social network.
Canva… In the new post planning window, you can create an image for any of the social networks. There are thousands of Canva templates to help you do just that.
Video editor… In a video file, you can:
- set the beginning, end of the video and cut off excess;
- add a cover;
- adjust the scale for horizontal or vertical playback;
- choose stickers from the proposed ones or add your own;
- see what happened.

The service will find its target audience in the Instagram and VKontakte communities, ignoring bots and focusing only on active members.
If an Instagram user has a VKontakte account, Pepper.Ninja will pull out information that cannot be found on Insta. These are interests, place of residence, age, gender, birthday and dozens of other characteristics. It will also find similar communities in which subscribers intersect.
As a result, a clear base of the target audience is collected with phone numbers and usernames. In fact, in five clicks, you can upload a ready-made filtered audience to an advertising office.
Service for automatic creation of reports DataFan. The creation of a report on the work in the social network takes exactly as long as it takes to enter the service. You can easily send data to your employer every hour if needed.
